    If you're looking for a peaceful, quiet and relaxing getaway, then Wilkes Way Villa should be your preferred destination in Marlborough. Without traffic noise you can appreciate the sounds of nature and silence. Many guests remark on the quality of sleep they enjoy while staying at Wilkes Way Villa.

    Each apartment is fully self-contained and offers peace, privacy and comfort. The vista includes a garden of roses and trimmed buxus hedges, stunning views of the marina and further into Queen Charlotte Sound and the beautiful bush clad hills surrounding Waikawa Bay.

  • To enhance your stay in our luxury, self-catering accommodation at Wilkes Way Villa, we have a number of amenities and facilities.

    You have access to a large lounge (called the Theatre Room) with books, games, fitness equipment and a movie screen. There is also a billiard / pool room; laundry facilities, an extra bath (great for a soak after walking the tracks) and barbecue facilities.

  • Theatre Room

    There is a large dropdown whitescreen plus data projector with surround sound and large selection of DVDs for your use. Netflix is available on the big screen via a laptop.

    There is also a small library of books plus a large selection of board games.

  • Fitness Equipment

    Within the theatre room, there is a designated fitness area for your use.

    We've provided an exercycle, light weights and yoga equipment (mat, blocks, straps, bands and bolster).

  • Pool Room / Library

    For some fun and relaxation, have a game of pool or sit back with a good book from our library.

    The books cover a range of topics - sporting, travel, fiction and non-fiction.

  • Barbecue Area

    Just outside the apartments there is a BBQ available for your use.

  • Guest Laundry

    Here you'll find a washing machine, clothes dryer, clothesline and ironing board.

    Washing powder is available for your use at no extra charge.

    • The use of 2 bikes and helmets, for free.

  • We trust your time at Wilkes Way Villa will be both relaxing and enjoyable. We will do our best to facilitate this.
    Please be advised that by booking with us you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our policies.

    BOOKINGS

    • Bookings may only be made if you are over 18 years.

    CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    • No charge if cancelled more than 7 days prior.
    • 50% charge if cancelled 2-7 days prior to stay.
    • No refund if  cancelled within 2 days unless in exceptional circumstances.
    • Changes/extensions are subject to availability and early departure will incur the full tariff.
    • Rates are in NZ dollars and include GST (NZ Goods and Services tax).

    NOTES

    • Check in is from 2pm and check out is 10am. These times may be negotiated if required.
    • We thank you for not smoking inside the Villa.
    • You are welcome to enjoy the Theatre, Games room and garden.
    • There is a portacot and highchair available for use.
