  • Each apartment at Wilkes Way Villa is spacious, sunny, and private. There is ample on-site parking adjacent to the apartment. Inside, you'll find that the apartment is carpeted throughout and tastefully decorated with throws, lamps and cushions.

    This 1-bedroom apartment has a king bed in the bedroom with luggage racks and a chest of drawers available for your use. The en-suite bathroom comes with a shower, a heated towel rail, hairdryer and natural, eco-friendly toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner).

    In the lounge, there are comfortable sofas and a flatscreen Smart TV equipped with Netflix and Sky TV channels. A heatpump with remote is available to help you regulate the room's temperature to your liking.

    The self-contained kitchen is well-equipped and comes with dish-drawer, fridge, microwave, ceramic cooktop, toaster, electric jug, nespresso coffee machine and pods, coffee plunger with ground coffee, variety of teas, sugar and milk also supplied, water filter, crockery, cutlery, and wine glasses.

    Guests are welcome to use the full oven in the theatre room adjacent to the apartment.

    The glass dining table in the Pukeko apartment has 4 comfortable dining chairs. There are also Acapulco chairs for use on the patio area just outside the sliding doors of the apartment.

  • To enhance your stay in our luxury, self-catering accommodation at Wilkes Way Villa, we have a number of amenities and facilities.

    You have access to a large lounge (called the Theatre Room) with books, games, fitness equipment and a movie screen. There is also a billiard / pool room; laundry facilities, an extra bath (great for a soak after walking the tracks) and barbecue facilities.

  • Theatre Room

    There is a large dropdown whitescreen plus data projector with surround sound and large selection of DVDs for your use. Netflix is available on the big screen via a laptop.

    There is also a small library of books plus a large selection of board games.

  • Fitness Equipment

    Within the theatre room, there is a designated fitness area for your use.

    We've provided an exercycle, light weights and yoga equipment (mat, blocks, straps, bands and bolster).

  • Pool Room / Library

    For some fun and relaxation, have a game of pool or sit back with a good book from our library.

    The books cover a range of topics - sporting, travel, fiction and non-fiction.

  • Barbecue Area

    Just outside the apartments there is a BBQ available for your use.

  • Guest Laundry

    Here you'll find a washing machine, clothes dryer, clothesline and ironing board.

    Washing powder is available for your use at no extra charge.

    Please be advised that by booking with us you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our policies.

    BOOKINGS

    • Bookings may only be made if you are over 18 years.

    CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

    • No charge if cancelled more than 7 days prior.
    • 50% charge if cancelled 2-7 days prior to stay.
    • No refund if  cancelled within 2 days unless in exceptional circumstances.
    • Changes/extensions are subject to availability and early departure will incur the full tariff.
    • Rates are in NZ dollars and include GST (NZ Goods and Services tax).

    NOTES

    • Check in is from 2pm and check out is 10am. These times may be negotiated if required.
    • We thank you for not smoking inside the Villa.
    • You are welcome to enjoy the Theatre, Games room and garden.
    • There is a portacot and highchair available for use.
